Step-1: Open the Microsoft Outlook desktop application to send the email at one time in a desktop application.
Step-2: Select the multiple emails you want to forward at one time to the recipients. Choose the first email and click CTRL on the keyboard then select the rest of the emails in the mouse by left click to forward at once to others in Microsoft Outlook online.
Step-3 Once you select the emails, click the forward option at the top of the home page or click CTRL+F to send multiple emails at one time to recipients.
Now all the emails together will be in drafts, type the message you want to give the recipient’s name then click Send.

Forward multiple emails at once with the Rules Function
Now we will see how to forward email at once using the Rules function in Microsoft Outlook.
Step-1: Open Microsoft Outlook on a desktop to forward multiple emails at once.
Step-2: Create a new folder under your account, Right-click near the inbox, and click New Folder.
Step-3: Select the multiple emails you want to forward at one time to the recipients. Choose the first email and click CTRL on the keyboard then select the rest of the emails in the mouse by left click to forward at once to others in Microsoft Outlook. Right-click the email -> Move -> My folder.
Step-4: Open the new folder and click Rules and simultaneously click Manage Rules & Alerts.
Step-5: In the Rules and Alerts wizard, please click the New Rule -> Apply rule on messages I receive -> Next in the Rules Wizard.
Step-6: Now choose Sent to People or public group and give the name to whom you want to send click OK.
Step-7: Give the name for this rule. (Here I have forwarded all emails at once) and tickmark the checkbox shown in the screenshot then click Finish.
- Run this rule now on the message already in “My folder” – Enable this to apply this rule which is available in the folder.
- Turn on this rule – Enable to apply this rule.
Note: We can delete the rule and the Forward folder if we want.
