Step-2: Click the particular message you want to block, click Junk and also click Block Sender in the Microsoft Outlook desktop application.

Step-3: Once you click Block Sender, it will ask for confirmation. Click OK to block the sender in Outlook Online.

Make a free email address that you will use to sign up for events and other resources. This prevents your primary email address from being disclosed to prospective spam lists.

Block entire domains – If we are receiving a large volume of spam or other undesirable emails from a certain domain, block the entire domain “@domain.com” instead of each individual address.
