- Keep the cursor in the body of the email, and make sure you have already text typed in the body of the email of the Outlook Online desktop application.
- Now select the text in the body of the email then click Insert ->Table -> Convert Text to Table.
- Before changing into the table, make sure you have kept commas everywhere so that the table will generate properly.
- The Text to Table page will appear. Give the Number of columns you want, give Auto in the Fixed column width, Separate text at is Commas and finally click OK.
- Now the text will be changed into the table format in the Outlook Online desktop application.
