Use Graph in Outlook Online
Follow the below points carefully to use the different varieties of charts in the Outlook Online desktop application.
- Open Microsoft Outlook on the desktop Outlook application to use the chart option in Outlook Online.
- Click New Email on the Home page of the Outlook online desktop application.
- Click the Insert option to see the chart feature in the Outlook online desktop application.
- Click the three dots or ellipses to see the Chart option. Click on that to proceed further steps.
- Once you click on the Chart option, the Insert Chart page will appear. Click the particular chart and click OK.
- Once you have selected it, the chart will appear like the below image.
- We can modify the chart of the text as per our requirements. Here I have changed as per my needs.
- Click the Line in the Insert Line page to get a line chart in the Outlook Online desktop application.
- For the Pie chart, we can click Pie to get the chart in the body of the email. Here also we can modify the text.
- If the construction team or any other team wants to show it in the Area, they can use the below model graph.
- If the user wants to show in an x and y axis then they go for the below image.
- For weather forecasts or weather predictions, we can use the map to show our results.
- For the bar chart, we can use the below image to show our output.
- If the user works on the stock market or the user wants to show the result on stock, click the Stock option to get the below results.
- People looking for the site should know about the surface value. For that, Microsoft Outlook has the Surface chart.
- For the satellite communication thing, the user wants to detect the location and show the results, they can use the Radar chart in Outlook Online.
- For marks in the schools, colleges, or any improvement results in Outlook, we can go for the histogram chart in Outlook Online.
- To compare the different sets of data we can use the Box & whisker chart available in the Microsoft Outlook online application.
- A waterfall chart can used to show the net value or how the amount will be in your account at the start of the month and end of the month.
