Follow the below steps if the attachment is not showing in the Outlook Online desktop application.

Step-1: Open Microsoft Outlook in the desktop application to check attachment is showing or not.

Step-2: Choose the File menu on the Home page of the Outlook desktop application.

Step-6: Click Attachment Handling then Uncheck the checkbox Turn off Attachment Preview if it is checked. Simultaneously click Attachment and Document Previewers.. to do the next step.

Turn off Microsoft Outlook Add-ins

Disable Antivirus Temporarily

Your antivirus software may prevent Outlook from loading or from accessing imperfect attachments. However, it can rarely disrupt and block valid files. If you are certain of the attachment’s source, you can temporarily disable your antivirus program before attempting to open it again. After reading your attachments, remember to reactivate your antivirus application.
