The initial step is to click the Dropbox folder on the computer and select the “New folder” option.

After selecting the New folder option, we might see the “Untitled folder” dialog box.

Step-4: If we want other people to add, remove, and edit documents in the folder, select the Can edit option. If we only want them to be able to view and download content but can’t change, select Can view.
