- If not, we can copy and paste it into the new folder.

Step-1: Go to Dropbox.com in a web browser such as chrome or safari and sign in to the account. Step-2: Click the Shared folder under Create an icon on the home page of Dropbox.
Step-3: The dialog box appears where it’s written “I’d like to create and share a new folder“. Name the folder which is relevant to the particular files. Type the name of the recipients we want to add.
Step-4: If we want other people to add, remove, and edit documents in the folder, select the Can edit option. If we only want them to be able to view and download content but can’t change, select Can view.
Step-5: The folder is now created and shared with the recipients, and they will receive an email message with the link.

How to Create Subfolder in Dropbox
Accessing the files or folders is easy by creating folders. For the organized files or folders, we can create Subfolders as well.
Step-1: Log in to the Dropbox account through the browser. Step-2: Click “All files” on the home page of the Dropbox page and double-click the folder you want to add to the subfolder.
Step-3: Add the files that we want to come under the selected folder in Dropbox so that the required files will be copied into the new folder. Step-4: By seeing below I choose the professional folder as the main folder, then I copied 2 more folders in that so it acts as a subfolder.
