Step-1

Open the Outlook application from Mac, also we can find it in our application folder.

Step-2

Click the Outlook tab on the menu bar near to apple icon which is in the top left corner. Click Preferences from the drop-down options.

Click Calendar on the Outlook preferences page. It will open our date and time settings in the Outlook application.

Scroll down to see Time Zones, Just click on any time zone on the drop-down menu to change your settings. Our changes will be saved and applied automatically.

Here are the steps to change the time zone in Outlook from Browser. This is applicable to both Mac and Windows users.

Step-1

Open an Outlook application on your Windows or Mac and log in with your credentials if not already login.

In the Settings page, click General then click Language and time. Besides, the Language and time pages will appear then under Time zone click Change.

Under the View page of Time zones choose the required time with the place and also in Other time zones select the same and click Save.

You can also see the option to update the meeting hours to match the new time zone that you have set. Make sure to enable this option before clicking Save. Then next tick the box that says when I travel across time zones, ask me if I want to update my time zone.

Step-1

Open the Outlook application from the desktop application to change the time zone in Outlook online.

 Click the File tab in the top left corner. You can find this button in the upper-left corner above the toolbar. It will open your file menu on a new page.

Swap Between Two time Zones in Outlook Online

When we have two or three-time zone displayed in the calendar, we can change their positions.

  • Outlook > Options > File > Calendar > right-click time bar > change time zone.
  • Under Time zones, click Swap Time Zones.
