Open the Outlook application from Mac, also we can find it in our application folder.

Click the Outlook tab on the menu bar near to apple icon which is in the top left corner. Click Preferences from the drop-down options.

Click the gear icon or Settings icon which is at the top right corner of the Outlook page.

Click on View all Outlook settings to change the time zone in the Outlook application.

In the Settings page, click General then click Language and time. Besides, the Language and time pages will appear then under Time zone click Change.

Under the View page of Time zones choose the required time with the place and also in Other time zones select the same and click Save.
You can also see the option to update the meeting hours to match the new time zone that you have set. Make sure to enable this option before clicking Save. Then next tick the box that says when I travel across time zones, ask me if I want to update my time zone.
Therefore, the time zone can also be set this way if we don’t have the Outlook application installed in our systems.

Step-1
Open an Outlook application on your PC or Mac and log in with your credentials if not already login.

Step-1
Open the Outlook application from the desktop application to change the time zone in Outlook online.
